TracPhone and Straight Talk use different carriers depending on the are you are in. You will want to select the carrier that your phone is using. There are a few ways to figure this out.


Send Text To Email Method

Send a text message to your email address. When you get the email, check the address it came from.
The part of the email address after the @ will tell you which carrier your phone is using.

For Example, if the email came from
1234567890@txt.att.net
then your carrier is AT&T

If you can not tell which carrier it is, use the "Contact us" link to send us the address and we can let you know which carrier to use.


Web Lookup Method

Another option is to use a site like http://www.fonefinder.net to look up the carrier based on your phone number.
